We're looking for an Entry-Level Fabricator to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on mechanical work and wants to learn about automation and manufacturing systems. Training provided - no prior experience required!

Job Summary

The Entry-Level Fabricator helps cut, bend, drill, and assemble metal and structural components used in custom automation systems and electrical panel builds. You'll work with experienced fabricators and machinists, learning key skills in metalworking, shop safety, and production processes.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Must be at least 18 years old and must be authorized to work in the US for any employer.
• Must be able to pass drug test and background screen.
• Basic math skills for measurement and calculations.
• Ability to follow multi-step instructions and work well in a team environment.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude toward learning.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Commitment to safety and quality craftsmanship.
