Roles & Responsibilities

• Possess 5-6 years of experience in device management using customized management tools(JITBIT, Procure WEB, Invoice web, Asset hub).

• Prior experience with Microsoft OneIdentity including managing tenant administration for private domains, as well as handling compliance and auditing responsibilities.

• Experience in managing financial management and tool development in anticipation of changing scopes of work.

• Experience in managing Azure resources, including Virtual Machines, Azure platforms, subscriptions, networks (such as e xpress route), Identity management, DNS, Azure Active Directory, and more.

• Global experience in managing business administrators and stakeholders who support the distribution of devices as specified by company.

• Technical expertise in evaluating the state of the devices and engaging OEM running the tools prescribed by customer.

• Strong understanding on the IcM technologies for improving asset management experience.

• Strong emphasis on exceptional customer service and focus skills.

• Proficient in Procurement and Inventory Management.

• Understanding of Change Management.

• Knowledgeable in Asset lifecycle management.

• Excellent documentation skills for thorough record keeping.

• Proficient in reporting and communication
