Maintaining attorney’s calendar : Scheduling depositions, conferences (including teleconference) site examinations and travel. Organizing and maintaining documents in Firm’s electronic database. Enter the attorney’s time in the time and billing system. Review prebills. Correspondence with clients, witnesses and opposing counsel.

Preeminent law firm in the Hudson Valley seeks experienced litigation secretaries.
Requirements :
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Teams, Time and Billing software. ProLaw and NetDocuments a plus.
- Excellent written word processing and verbal skills.
- Knowledge of local, state and federal court litigation documentation and filing procedures.
- E-filing experience.
- Willingness to learn and implement evolving litigation management software.
- Solid organization and multitasking skills.
Responsibilities :
Education : Associates Degree preferred but not essential
Benefits : 401K, Health and Dental Insurance, Profit Sharing, Paid holidays, sick time, vacation and personal time, Group Life and AD&D.
Full Time : 35 hour work week
Experience : Minimum of 3 years preferred
Salary range : $65,000 - $95,000 commensurate with education and experience
