Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical leadership in the delivery of men's health services.
• Oversee the development and implementation of evidence-based clinical protocols.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure the highest standard of patient care.
• Help grow the clinic by meeting census goals and showcasing our products and services to new patients.
• Participate in peer review, QA, provider meetings and other clinical meetings.
• Conduct patient assessments, examinations, and consultations.
• Diagnose and treat a variety of men's health conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Complete timely, and accurate medical documentation.
• Strong reading comprehension and clear daily communication via phone and email.
• Administering intramuscular injections and PRP injections
• Supervise and mentor medical support staff.
• Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment.
• Ensure efficient clinic operations and workflow.
• Monitor and evaluate clinical processes to maintain quality standards.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
• Comply with federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements.
• Educate patients on preventive care and lifestyle modifications.
• Provide guidance on treatment options and wellness strategies.
• Foster a patient-centered approach to care.
• Represent Gameday in the community and participate in outreach and initiatives.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with patients and healthcare partners.

Qualifications:

• NP or PA degree from an accredited school.
• Active medical license in good standing to practice in North Carolina.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong networking skills with new and existing relationships within the community, particularly Men’s Health strongly desired
• Experience in business development and managing staff within the healthcare industry preferred.
• Self-motivated and target-driven, with a strong desire to exceed goals and drive business growth.
• Comfortable working in a Men’s Health clinic specializing in Testosterone and Erectile Dysfunction.
• Completion of an training courses (cost covered by Gameday).
• No current or pending malpractice lawsuits, active state license in good standing, active DEA Certificate, active Controlled Substance Registration.
