With continued expansion and a strong pipeline of work, this is an opportunity to step into a stable practice built for longevity, mentorship, and professional development.

These openings span Midtown Manhattan, Long Island, and White Plains, offering a hybrid schedule designed to balance collaboration and flexibility. Attorneys are in the office three days per week, with two remote days. Mondays are a shared in-office day that supports training, access to leadership, and team connection.

This practice is deeply rooted in healthcare defense and is known for representing hospitals, physicians, and healthcare systems in sophisticated malpractice matters. Attorneys are trusted with meaningful responsibility and supported by experienced partners who value coaching and internal growth.

What You Will Work On

• Defending hospitals, physicians, and healthcare providers in medical malpractice matters
• Managing cases from inception through resolution
• Drafting and responding to discovery
• Taking and defending depositions
• Appearing in court for conferences and hearings
• Drafting and arguing motions
• Performing legal and medical research on complex issues

Compensation and Bonus

Compensation is competitive and flexible, with the ability to exceed posted ranges for attorneys bringing directly transferable experience in medical malpractice defense.

• Junior-level compensation begins around $100,000 and increases with experience
• Mid-level compensation typically ranges from $100,000 to $150,000
• Senior and Of Counsel compensation typically ranges from $150,000 to $200,000

The annual billable expectation is 1,950 hours. A structured bonus program begins at that threshold and increases incrementally beyond it.
