Job Description

Bagger Operators are responsible for the manual processes of filling, sealing, labeling, loading, and stacking bags of product onto pallets. They then transport the pallets via fork truck to the proper location(s) onsite. All employees are responsible for conducting general quality checks and maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

• Load and stack bags onto pallets.
• Transport pallets using a fork truck to designated locations.
• Perform general quality checks.

Work Environment

The facility operates multiple shifts : 1st shift (7AM-3PM Mon-Fri), 2nd shift (3PM-11PM Mon-Fri), and 3rd shift (11PM-7AM Sun-Thurs). The facility is enclosed but not temperature-controlled, with some outdoor work required, especially during warmer months.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Delphi, IN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00 / hr.
