The Opportunity :

Imagine leading creative projects for a premier eCommerce growth marketing firm that partners with over 250 top consumer brands. As a Creative Project Manager, you will coordinate and execute strategies that elevate clients' online presence. Collaborate with a team dedicated to delivering comprehensive eCommerce solutions, including design, development, and digital marketing. Your ability to translate client needs into actionable tasks and build strong client relationships will be essential in guiding clients through successful creative projects, ensuring their digital storefronts thrive in a competitive marketplace.

Your Mission :

• Client Liaison : Schedule and lead calls with clients to understand and document project requirements
• Project Organizer : Manage and organize project files in Google Drive and Dropbox, ensuring all client documents are accessible and up-to-date
• Task Translator : Create and manage Asana tickets based on client requirements, providing clear, actionable tasks for the design team
• Workflow Collaborator : Partner with designers and clients to facilitate smooth project workflows from initiation to completion
• Deadline Driver : Monitor project timelines and milestones, ensuring deliverables are met on time and to the highest quality standards
