Entry Level Mold Assembler

Must be willing to submit to a Nationwide Background Check and a Pre-Employment drug test.

All Background Check Results will be reviewed.

No testing for THC, but it is prohibited during working hours.

Entry-Level Mold Assembler

Location : Kent, OH

Schedule : Monday – Friday | 6 : 00 AM – 4 : 30 PM w / OT opportunities on Saturday

Pay : $17–$20 / hr to start (based on experience, skills, and abilities)

Overtime - anything over 8 hours in a day is paid at OT rate!

Job Description

A growing CNC mold manufacturing facility in Kent, OH is seeking an Entry-Level Mold Assembler . This role is perfect for someone with a mechanical mindset who wants to learn how molds are assembled and prepared for plastic injection molding. Training will be provided for candidates with the right attitude and aptitude.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn to assemble mold components following prints and instructions
• Use basic hand tools to fit and align mold components
• Assist with inspections to ensure proper fit and function
• Support experienced assemblers and machinists as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
• Follow safety procedures and company policies
