A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Provide product expertise and training to ensure customers maximize the value of technology solutions
Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or related client-facing roles within the tech industry
Experience in industries related to wildfire risk mitigation, weather analytics, and / or electric utilities
Technical aptitude to understand and explain complex tech solutions
Data-driven mindset, comfortable using data and metrics to enhance customer engagement
Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
