Job Description :

Job Title : Full Stack Python FastAPI Developer

Duration : 9 Months Contract Role

Location : Denver, CO or Chicago, IL. This specific role is required to be fulfilled onsite 5 days a week

Responsibilities :

• Contribute to story refinement and requirements definition
• Perform spikes or proof-of-concept work to mitigate risk or implement new ideas
• Develop code solutions and unit tests to deliver stories according to acceptance criteria and compliance requirements
• Utilize multiple architectural components across data, application, and business layers to design and develop client requirements
• Assist the team in resolving technical complexities related to story implementation
• Design, develop, and modify architecture components, application interfaces, and solution enablers while maintaining architectural integrity
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites including integration, regression, and performance tests

Mandatory Skills :

Experience designing, developing, and deploying high-volume, multi-tier, distributed transactional applications

Deep knowledge of Python FastAPI framework or similar technology

Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL databases

Deep understanding of Git version control

Strong understanding of unit testing frameworks

Experience working in an Agile development environment with solid knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)

Experience with data access technologies and design patterns

Strong relational database experience, including SQL, data modeling, SQL objects, query optimization, and join conditions

Experience with component-based web application frameworks

Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and SOLID design principles

Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
