Job Description

This role is intended to be a hands on experience and will require the use of your knowledge as well as your hands to find innovative ways to improve. You will spend time working with internal and external partners to gain the knowledge and insights to successfully graduate the MIT program in roughly two years. During this two-year rotation, you will be deployed to multiple different project / office locations to help support our teams in the field while learning how the work actually gets done. The broad experience captured through this training program is different for everyone but one key is that it will only be as fruitful and beneficial to you as you decide to make it.
