Job Description:

• Drafting and proofreading legal documents and correspondence
• Managing client billing by preparing and sending out bills and resolving billing issues
• Schedule interviews, depositions and meetings
• Organizing and maintaining documents in filing systems, both paper and electronic
• Offering general administrative support

Job Requirements:

• Must have at least a year of experience working as a Legal assistant or with a similar role.
• Applicants must demonstrate the ability to work independently and adaptively when approaching unfamiliar tasks, fostering an environment of self-reliance and continual learning.
• Ability to work in a flexible and entrepreneurial environment with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Part time, flexible hours
• In office preferred but will consider remote
