In conjunction with, and under the supervision of the Chief Financial Officer / Controller, you will be responsible for the following:
- Manage the accounts payable function within QuickBooks.
- Build and maintain a cloud-based vendor filing system.
- Daily and monthly cash collection reconciliations by clinic location (we currently operate in 16 locations).
- Perform month-end closure of the General Ledger.
- Prepare balance sheet reconciliations.
- Prepare bank reconciliations.
- Process monthly journal entries for accruals and allocation of prepayment accounts.
- Account for fixed asset depreciation and capitalization of fixed assets.
- Calculate and perform direct and indirect cost allocations.
- Prepare draft financial statements.
- Assist in preparation of monthly results reporting pack and commentary.
- Prepare supporting documentation for internal and/or regulatory audits.
- Complete of additional ad-hoc duties or assignments as required by the CFO, CEO, and/or Board of Directors.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Two or more recent and consecutive yearsof relevant work experience that aligns with the current needs of our role as detailed above.
- Experience in Quickbooks a MUST.
- Advanced Excel skills (must know PIVOT tables and VLOOKUPS).
- Strong Knowledge of GAAP
