Senior Business Development Manager Responsibilities :
- Drive new business by targeting key decision-makers at target accounts
- Lead client meetings, negotiate contracts, and manage relationships from first contact through delivery
- Partner with recruiting teams to ensure exceptional results for every client
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects through networking, cold outreach, and market research
- Represent LaSalle at industry events and professional associations
- Provide consultative insight to clients and position LaSalle as a trusted partner
