Overview

Well-established civil engineering firm looking for an onsite Civil Engineer / Civil Designer to support commercial site development projects. This is a hands-on role focused on grading, utilities, and site design, with strong project volume and long-term stability.

What You'll Be Doing

Civil design for commercial site development

Grading, drainage, and utility layouts

Working in Civil 3D / AutoCAD

Supporting multiple active projects

Collaborating closely with engineers and drafters

What They're Looking For

3+ years of civil design experience

Strong grading & utility background

Experience with site development (retail / QSR a plus)

Civil 3D proficiency

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related

Comfortable working onsite in a small, fast-paced office

Nice to Have

Stormwater or LID experience

Experience with commercial or restaurant projects
