Retail Sales Person

The Retail Sales Person position has a pay scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include base hourly compensation of $16.04. The position also pays a bonus based on individual performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit!! We're looking for a few good men and women to join our staff of sales professionals. No auto experience necessary, as long as you have strong selling experience, high energy, combined with a willingness to learn, we will gladly teach you everything you need to know about selling cars. If you are already an automotive sales pro we can still use you and Honda is currently one of the hottest brands in SoCal. We are looking for candidates who:

Requirements:

• Previous sales experience preferred, but not required
• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Excellent communication skills, written and oral
