We are a leading heavy equipment dealer serving the construction, agriculture, and industrial sectors across the Southeast. With a reputation for quality products and exceptional service, we are seeking a driven Regional Customer Support Manager to lead our customer support operations in the Nashville, TN region.
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage customer support operations across multiple branches in the Nashville region, ensuring a high standard of service and customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring their immediate and strategic needs are met8.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor customer support teams, providing training and development to enhance performance and service quality.
  • Analyze customer feedback and complaint data to identify trends, root causes, and areas for improvement, implementing effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with service, sales, and product support teams to deliver seamless customer experiences and resolve escalated issues promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
  • Prepare and present regional performance reports, KPIs, and recommendations to senior management.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of supervisory or management experience in a dealership environment, preferably in the heavy equipment industry4.
  • Proven track record of leading customer support or service teams.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and business operating software.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
  • Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
