My client is seeking an experienced Crew Lead to manage outdoor lighting installations and supervise a team of technicians in the Knoxville region. Ideal for someone with strong technical skills, leadership experience, and a passion for high-quality outdoor work. Travel is required for the position along with an active driver's license in good standing.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and train technicians on lighting installations

• Oversee architectural, landscape, hardscape, and water feature lighting projects

• Ensure safety, code compliance, and high-quality results

• Troubleshoot lighting and wiring issues

• Conduct site assessments and communicate with clients

• Manage tools, materials, and project documentation

Requirements:

• 5+ years in outdoor lighting, electrical work, or related fields

• 2+ years crew leadership experience

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Ability to read plans and work outdoors in all conditions

• Valid driver’s license, clean record, reliable transportation

• Ability to lift heavy equipment; clean drug screen; verifiable references

• Up to 50% travel

Preferred:

• Low-voltage lighting experience

• Electrical certifications

• Landscape design knowledge

• First Aid/CPR certification
