As a Lead Software Developer, you will be responsible for helping to implement the vision of our software solutions, with a particular emphasis on Java technologies and networking components. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and operations, to ensure the scalability, performance, and reliability of our systems.

This role is designated as a fully remote position within the United States. You must be a US Citizen for consideration for this position.

The main responsibilities include :

• Technical Leadership : Provide guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and architectural standards.
• Performance Optimization : Analyze and optimize system performance, ensuring efficient resource utilization and network performance.
• Code Review & Quality Assurance : Conduct code reviews and establish quality assurance processes to maintain high standards of code quality.
• Technology Evaluation : Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending tools and technologies that can enhance our software architecture.
• Documentation : Create and maintain architectural documentation, including design specifications, architectural diagrams, and technical standards.
