Front Office / Customer Service Coordinator

Location: Virginia Beach, VA
Job Type: Hourly

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Front Office / Customer Service Coordinator. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced office environment, delivers exceptional customer service, and can effectively manage multiple priorities throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and manage a multi-line phone system, dispatching calls throughout the facility
  • Coordinate customer requests with operations staff for boat movements
  • Maintain boat storage lease agreements and insurance documentation
  • Perform general office and administrative duties
  • Process over-the-counter sales transactions accurately
  • Maintain inventory records and assist with inventory control
  • Manage daily tasks efficiently based on the facility’s schedule

    • Qualifications & Requirements

  • Exceptional customer service skills, both over the phone and in person, with customers and internal departments
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Dependable, detail-oriented, and professional demeanor
  • Must have service writing experience

    • Compensation

  • $20/hr + Commission
