Senior Occupancy Planner

A company is looking for a Senior Occupancy Planner, remote.

Key Responsibilities

Foster partnerships with clients to develop innovative space solutions and manage occupancy data

Create occupancy plans and migration strategies while resolving planning issues during client sessions

Utilize data to provide actionable recommendations and ensure alignment with corporate guidelines

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, architecture, design, construction management, or related field preferred

5 to 7 years of experience in occupancy or space planning at a strategic level

Proficiency in AutoCAD and CAFM / IWMS database management

Advanced proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Acrobat

Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
