Key Responsibilities
Manage large, cross-functional projects to support division and corporate objectives
Support proofs-of-concepts (POC's) for new processes, tools, and technologies
Facilitate brainstorming and improvement events to identify opportunities for projects
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Systems, Operations, or Business
5+ years of experience in Project, Process, or Operations Management
5+ years of experience in planning and executing DMAIC or PDCA projects and Lean - Kaizen events
5+ years of experience in TQM, Value Stream Mapping, Six Sigma, or other Process Improvement practices
PMP or TQM or Lean / Six Sigma certification (Green Belt preferred) required upon hire
