Instructional Designer

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer to develop high-quality eLearning solutions focused on financial services.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in executing large training initiatives and visual campaigns

Administer end-to-end training programs and develop learning solutions

Create multimedia learning assets, including videos and interactive content

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field; Master's degree preferred

Intermediate knowledge of crypto assets and blockchain technology

Experience in creating eLearning solutions for large organizations, preferably in finance

Proficiency in Articulate 360 Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and Camtasia

Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
