Director of Operations :

Our client is looking for a results-driven Director of Operations to enhance growth and operational excellence in their premium specialty food retail locations within the Baltimore metropolitan area. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader capable of elevating the brand, promoting exceptional customer experiences, and ensuring sustainable profitability.

  • Collaborate with executive leadership on growth strategies
  • Implement innovative merchandising approaches and market expansion initiatives
  • Lead annual planning processes, including forecasting and budgeting
  • Oversee performance of location managers and departmental leaders
