(Required) / liliAt least five (5) years of experience aligning IT systems with organizational business processes. At least three (3) years of that experience must have been in a lead capacity. (Required) / liliAt least three (3) years of experience as a business solutions analyst with human resources and supporting financial management projects. (Required) / liliMust have a minimum of five (5) years of experience applying analytical processes on IT projects. (Required) / liliMinimum of three (3) years of experience in IT technical writing. (Required) / liliCertified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) certificate. (Preferred) / liliExperience after acquiring the Certified Scrum Product Owner certificate. (Preferred) / liliExperience with strategic business process improvement and product backlog refinement. (Preferred) / liliExperience as a Business Solutions Analyst working on a medium-level project focused on delivering Project Approval Lifecycle (PAL) artifacts. (Preferred) / liliExperience as a data analyst. (Preferred) / liliMinimum of three (3) years of experience as a business solutions analyst with human resources and supporting financial management projects (Preferred) / liliExperience with Jira. (Preferred) / li / ulpCompensation Range : $70,000 - $100,000 / ppThe salary range for this role may vary depending on the specific geographic location where this position is ultimately filled.
