Clinical Program Liaison
Salary : $70,000-$75,000 / Year
Do you have experience providing rehabilitation services and managing projects? Bring your skills to a team-based workplace that puts people first. As Clinical Program Liaison you will contribute to the company’s mission of providing quality services to the individuals we serve.
- Identify, develop, and maintain strategic relationships with potential referral sources.
- Implement strategic plans and provide training on marketing tools.
- Work with regional Clinical Evaluators to establish and evaluate local relationships, outreach efforts, and the referral sources supporting these populations.
- Prepare reports of Clinical Evaluators’ efforts and identify regional industry trends to make programmatic recommendations to Admissions committee.
- Participate in regional / national conferences, monthly Admission Team Meetings, and required in-service training.
- Provide contact, referral information, and reports to the computerized database system.
- Communicate responsibly with program participants, family members, and payors regarding rehabilitation planning, admissions, etc.
- Achieve individual / team admission targets.
- Perform clinical evaluations to determine eligibility for the operating business and subsidiary programs.
- Complete all pre-admission and Integrity Checklist protocols on regional referrals.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s Degree required; degree in Rehabilitation or Human Services Field preferred.Five years of experience in rehabilitation service provision required.Project management experience required.Self-motivated and detail-oriented with ability to multi-task.Excellent communication and analytical skills.Why Join Us?
