• Track and manage parts inventory across multiple sites Perform Incoming Quality Checks (IQC) following engineering guidelines Organize inventory and prepare build kits using detailed BOMs Proactively identify and escalate part shortages or build blockers Ensure materials are accurate, accessible, and build-ready at all times 👤 Who We’re Looking For You’ll be a great fit if you are: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision A strong communicator who enjoys cross-functional collaboration Able to lift at least 30 lbs Proficient in Windows, Mac, or Linux-based systems Experienced in parts, inventory, automotive, manufacturing, or warehouse environments ⏰ Schedule & Details Full-time (30+ hours/week) Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (OT possible) On-site daily in Sunnyvale, CA 🚀 The Big Picture This role directly supports fleet operations growth and expansion .
