Senior Cybersecurity Compliance Director

A company is looking for a Senior Cybersecurity and Compliance Director.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a corporate cybersecurity strategy aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements

Oversee internal cybersecurity governance, compliance with frameworks, and manage the Information Security Management System (ISMS)

Lead enterprise security operations, including incident detection and response, and ensure secure design of IT systems

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, information technology, business, or related discipline; Master's preferred

10+ years of experience in cybersecurity and information security roles

5+ years in senior leadership or CISO-level capacity

Direct experience managing internal cybersecurity programs within a government contracting or technology organization

Expert-level knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST SP 800-171 and CMMC
