The Louisiana Special School District (LSSD) is an education service agency that provides services to the Louisiana Special Schools (Louisiana School for the Deaf, Louisiana School for the Visually Impaired, and Special School Programs). The schools provide educational opportunities to students with low-incidence disabilities and a variety of unique needs. We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Administrative Assistant 5 to provide advanced administrative support to senior leadership and ensure efficient daily operations. This role requires discretion, initiative, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage complex administrative tasks with minimal supervision. An ideal candidate should possess the following competencies :
Minimum Qualifications : Four years of experience in administrative services. Experience substitution : Every 15 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will be credited as six months of experience.
