Nightclub Busser

Responsibilities for Busser at Zuna Nightclub and Restaurant

• Customer Interactions: Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing assistance and information as needed to enhance their experience.
• Table and Bar Maintenance: Clean and reset tables and bar areas promptly, ensuring a clean and inviting environment for guests.
• Service Assistance: Support cocktail servers by placing necessary mixers, supplies, ice, and beverages on tables, and assisting with service needs as they arise.
• General Maintenance: Maintain the overall cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, ensuring all areas are well-kept and presentable.
• Team Support: Work collaboratively with the service team to ensure smooth operations and a positive guest experience.
• Bilingual Communication: Use bilingual skills in Spanish and English to effectively communicate with guests and staff, ensuring clear and accurate interactions.

Requirements:

• Experience: Previous experience in a busser or similar support role in a high-volume restaurant or nightclub is preferred.
• Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service.
• Language Skills: Bilingual in English and Spanish is essential for effective communication with our diverse clientele and team.
