Job Description for Parent Educator :

We are seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable Parent Educator to join our dedicated team. As a Parent Educator, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to parents to help them develop the skills needed to raise confident and successful children.

Responsibilities :

  • Conduct one-on-one or group sessions with parents to provide parenting education and support
  • Develop and implement parenting curricula for various age groups
  • Create and maintain a safe and welcoming environment for parents to learn and grow
  • Assess the needs of each parent and provide individualized support and guidance
  • Collaborate with community organizations to provide additional resources to parents

Requirements :

  • Experience working with parents and children
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Knowledge of child development and parenting techniques
  • Familiarity with community resources and organizations
