ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency has been serving the community since 1997, and today we’re a close-knit team of five. Before opening the agency, I worked in State Farm claims operations, which gave me a strong foundation for helping customers with confidence and care.

Community involvement is at the heart of what we do—we support local schools by donating t-shirts and water bottles and are always looking for ways to give back. Inside the office, we’ve built a supportive, family-like culture where team members help each other succeed, and we value building strong, lasting relationships with our customers. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Kathy Landers - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in customer service preferred.
  • Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.
