Are you passionate about driving operational efficiency in clinical operations? Join us as a dynamic Senior Process Engineer to revolutionize our clinical production processes and build out workflows for our team of medical imaging analysts. In this pivotal role, you'll develop key operational metrics, design seamless workflows, and foster team and cross-functional collaboration. You'll work hand-in-hand with our talented 3D CT analysts, as well as our Clinical QA, Software QA, and Product Management teams to propel our clinical operations to new heights as we rapidly scale and commercialize. The ideal candidate will have :

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in process engineering or an operational optimization role with software-as-a-medical-device (SaMD) or medical imaging products.
• Lean and / or Six Sigma experience.
• Strong eye for optimization and a mindset of continuous improvement.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Detail-oriented, with a focus on quality and compliance.

At Elucid, we believe the best work happens in a flexible hybrid environment. Boston-area employees are encouraged to work from the office on Mondays and Wednesdays, with the option to come in additional days if they prefer. Fully remote employees outside the Boston area come in as needed.
