Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Ability to prepare and format management reports, graphs, charts, and spreadsheets. Ability to review and analyze data and information from multiple sources. Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to collaborate with a team. Attention to detail, excellent organizational and time management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Invoice Process Analyst
Nesco Data Center & Infrastructure is seeking an Invoice Process Analyst in the Newport News / Hampton VA area on a contract to hire basis. What you should know :
This is an onsite opportunity
$18 / hr
Mon-Friday, first shift
Must be able to pass screenings to receive a public trust clearance in order to support federal and government agencies
Must have MS Excel knowledge - (filters, sorting, formatting cells, VLOOKUP)
Position Summary
The Invoice Processing Analyst ensures that invoices, batches, reports, and other documents are processed appropriately for clients.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Processing invoices, batches, and reports for assigned clients on time and within Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Directly research and resolve customer complaints / issues with invoice processing related activities not limited to : Late / missing invoices
- Late payments and late fees
- Incorrect coding
- Improper batching
- Collaborating with internal groups, project managers, clients, and any necessary carriers, to ensure that all clients' issues are promptly handled.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
