About the Role:

The CSR/Procurement Representative plays a critical role in the Procurement department. The position will be responsible for managing customer relationships while handling procurement administrative duties. This role ensures exceptional customer service and efficient purchasing operations by coordinating with customers and growers, processing orders, and resolving inquiries and statuses of orders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in logistics, customer service, inventory management. Procurement experience, a plus.
• Must have strong communication skills.
• Must have strong customer service experience.
• Must be able to perform basic computer tasks including MS office.
• Must be able to work both independently and in collaborative settings.
• Must be able to identify gaps in process and communicate potential solutions.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Ability to handle and pick up tasks quickly.
• Take initiative and have strong daily mulit-tasking and prioritizing skills.
• Must have good judgment, detailed oriented and a resourceful nature are key.
• Must be motivated, goal-orientated self-starter and team player.

Responsibilities:

• Acts as liaison between Sales, Accounting, Warehouse and Procurement Departments.
• Support logistics concerns by adjusting and providing needed information to optimize route planning and pricing.
• Routinely advise updates on container arrivals and familiarize self with port process to accurately advise time of arrival.
• Communicate with growers concerning adjustments on orders, confirming receiving packing lists, establishing pack types, and finding additional needed information for Sales team.
• Assist Key Account and Procurement Managers with sales and grower accounts to ensure excellent service.
