Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline; Master's degree preferred. Demonstrated experience in data architecture, data integration, and enterprise data management. Strong knowledge of data structures, database technologies, data warehousing, and data modeling practices. Experience with business intelligence platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik). Hands-on experience with modern data platforms such as Azure, Microsoft Fabric, and Databricks.
Our client is seeking an experienced Manager of Data Architecture to lead the design, development, and optimization of their enterprise data environment. This role oversees a team of data architects and integration developers and drives data architecture strategies that support the organization's broader technology and business goals. A hybrid work schedule may be available.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of data architects and data integration developers.
- Oversee the design, maintenance, and continuous enhancement of enterprise data systems, models, and processes.
- Partner with business intelligence and project management leaders to prioritize initiatives, manage workflows, and allocate resources.
- Collaborate with technology and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver scalable, future-ready architecture solutions.
- Manage data-focused projects, including planning, timelines, resource coordination, and budget oversight.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with sound judgment.
Qualifications
Compensation : $165,000-185,000
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
