Job Details : Job Title : Customer Service Representative Pay : $18 - $21 per hour (based on experience and role) Schedule : Full-time; Monday Friday (day shifts) Work Locations : Kent, West Seattle, SeaTac, North Tukwila, and nearby areas

Responsibilities : Handle incoming calls, emails, or chats from customers Resolve customer questions, complaints, and concerns Provide accurate product or service information Maintain customer records and update account information Work with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements : Previous customer service experience preferred Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Comfortable using computers and customer management systems Friendly, patient, and professional demeanor Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
