[job_card.job_description]Mid : 01 : 00 PM - 09 : 00 PM Department : Adult Operating Room Weekly Gross : $2,313.62 W2 Rate : $24 / hour Weekly Stipend : $1,414 Scrub and assist in a broad variety of surgical procedures in the Adult OR. Prepare and maintain sterile fields and surgical instrumentation. Anticipate surgeon needs and ensure proper handling of instruments and supplies. Assist with patient positioning and preparation according to OR protocols. Maintain strict adherence to infection control and safety standards. Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and anesthesia teams to ensure efficient surgical flow. Accurately document procedures and support perioperative workflow. Active CST (Certified Surgical Technologist) certification Minimum 3 years of recent OR experience (within the last 4 years) Experience in a Level 1 or Level 2 Trauma Center or comparable acute-care hospital Proven scrub experience required Strong case experience including : Orthopedics General Surgery Neurosurgery Vascular ENT Bariatric GU & GYN First-time travelers considered if experienced in similar-size hospitals Excellent communication and teamwork skills
