Full Stack Engineer / Engineering Manager (Hybrid Technical & Leadership Role)

Salary Range : $160k to $175k

Are you a full-stack engineer who loves building end-to-end products, owning architecture decisions, and stepping into a leadership mindset—without needing a formal management title? We’re looking for a Full Stack Engineer / Manager who can blend hands-on engineering excellence with strategic thinking and team leadership.

🌟 What We’re Looking For (Ideal Profile)

Data & Analytics Background — You’ve worked with data platforms, analytics tools, or have a foundation in data science, engineering, or mathematics.
Full-Stack Technical Strength — Python, React, ETL / data pipelines… you’re comfortable across the stack.
Strategic Product Thinker — You understand why you’re building something, not just how.
Leadership Mindset — You can lead timelines, priorities, and communication, even without a formal management title.

🧩 Desired Experience

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

5–7 years of full-time software engineering experience.

Expert-level Python skills.

Demonstrated growth in technical ownership , architecture, or system design.

Experience leading technical initiatives or mentoring engineers.

Strong front-end skills : HTML, CSS / Tailwind, JavaScript / TypeScript, React .

Strong back-end experience : Python or Node.js .

Experience building and deploying REST or GraphQL APIs .

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and Docker .

Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.).

Strong familiarity with Git / GitHub .

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Experience in energy or carbon systems analytics .

UI / UX or data visualization experience (e.g., dashboards).

Background in AI / ML projects .

Experience launching products from 0→1 in a startup or venture environment .
