Network Real Estate Specialist

A company is looking for a Network Real Estate Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Manage real estate pre-construction efforts for new build and modification programs

Oversee vendor activities, including site acquisition and A&E partners, to ensure project milestones are met

Collaborate with internal teams and assist with special projects as needed

Required Qualifications

Telecom / wireless experience with strong pre-construction project management skills

Experience managing site acquisition agents and vendors is preferred

Familiarity with the upper midwestern region

Ability to accurately forecast deliverables and understand project milestones

Experience managing multiple projects under tight deadlines
