Urology Physician needed near Sacramento, CA

A Medical Center and Medical Foundation in the Central Valley area of CA is recruiting for a Board Eligible or Board Certified Urology Physician. This 30 + Physician Multi Specialty Group has 4 B / C Urology Physicians and one Nurse Practitioner. The practice call will be 1-5 and the ER call is 1-7 . The new Urology Physician will be busy from day one as they have a built in referral base to help ramp up the new Urologists practice. There is virtually no competition as they service area has over 50% deficit of Urologists in this area. The Urologists are part of a Non Profit Medical Foundation that allows the Physicians to enjoy the autonomy of a private practice with the security of being employed. The Physicians determine their own work load and schedule. The Medical Center is providing a salary guarantee, relocation package and signing bonus. They also provide a 401k plan, deferred compensation plan, CME allowance, malpractice insurance and tail coverage. The practice is located an hour from Sacramento and the San Francisco Bay Area. This opportunity does not qualify for Visa sponsorship.
