OVERVIEW

This hands-on role ensures our Washington-based airline client’s observability stack operates smoothly and reliably. You’ll build dashboards, integrate data sources, and respond to ITS and ECOMM requests using tools like Grafana, Sumo Logic, AppDynamics, New Relic, ThousandEyes, and Ansible Automation Platform. Most of your time will be spent executing well-defined tasks- refining monitoring configurations, improving visualizations to clarify performance for teams, and supporting the day-to-day operations that maintain system visibility.

• Duration : 12+ months (not C2C eligible)
• Location : Remote (West Coast | PST Hours)
• Rate : $45 - $55 / hr DOE

Must be able to work on W2 without sponsorship

Grafana (handson) : build dashboards, connect data sources, manage panels, and work with logs, metrics, and traces.

Prefferred

Experience with ThousandEyes.
