Commercial Lines Account Coordinator

Job Summary :

To assist the Commercial Lines service staff and Client Advisors (as necessary) in servicing new and existing accounts with a positive attitude as stated by agency guidelines and procedures. A Commercial Lines Account Coordinator is committed to delivering a consistently impeccable experience.

Responsibilities :

Essential Functions include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Renewal Preparation
• Produce pre-renewal and renewal schedules at the request of the Account
• Manager / Executive.
• Request loss runs.
• Create premium loss summary where applicable.
• Research and prepare premium finance agreement for Account Manager / Executivesreview. Activate premium finance agreement and perform follow-up.
• Obtain MVRs as required.
