Title : Front of House (FOH) Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Front of House Manager to lead our dining room operations and help us continue building a world-class guest experience at our Lafayette / Oakland location.

Position Summary : The FOH Manager plays a key leadership role — overseeing daily service, managing and developing staff, and ensuring that every guest leaves happier than they arrived. This position requires strong communication, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality.

Responsibilities :

Lead and inspire the FOH team to deliver outstanding hospitality

Oversee daily operations : service flow, floor management, and guest relations

Recruit, train, and mentor team members to uphold brand standards

Manage scheduling, labor, and service performance goals

Maintain cleanliness, organization, and atmosphere of the dining room and bar areas

Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and grace

Collaborate with the culinary and leadership teams to execute seamless service

Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and alcohol regulations

Qualifications :

2+ years of experience in a supervisory or management role within a restaurant or hospitality setting

Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Strong guest-service orientation and ability to remain calm under pressure

Proven ability to manage and motivate a diverse team

Knowledge of POS systems and basic financial reporting

Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
