Pay : $21 - $24 per hour
What You'll Do
As a Therapeutic Support Specialist , you'll help youth and families build skills, access resources, and navigate behavioral health needs while maintaining stability in the community.
Provide in-home and community-based services at least twice per week or as clinically indicatedDeliver skills training, safety planning, and crisis support to youth and familiesFacilitate family-centered treatment planning and support effective decision-makingHelp strengthen family dynamics through communication, problem-solving, and skill-building activitiesSupport youth in building independent living skills, resilience, and coping strategiesProvide care coordination and referrals to community-based services and resourcesEnsure accurate documentation and treatment planning in line with program standardsWho You Are
Associate's degree in a Human Services-related field required; Bachelor's degree preferredAt least 1 year of experience in the human services field requiredExperience working with children and families requiredKnowledge of mental illness, coping strategies, and behavioral modification techniquesStrong verbal and written communication skillsFamiliarity with community resources and child-serving systemsAbility to work with diverse populations with cultural competenceValid Massachusetts driver's license and reliable vehicle requiredComfortable with word processing, email, and documentation systemsWe Hire for Purpose!
