    We are seeking an Office Administrator to join our amazing team! As an Office Administrator you will answer the phones, direct calls, and handle customer questions. You will also be filing paperwork, making appointments, collecting patient copays, and handling emails. The ideal candidate has excellent customer service skills, experience working in an office environment, and strong organizational skills.

    Responsibilities

  • Answer phones, assist customers with questions, and direct calls
  • Process incoming paperwork, make photocopies, and file paperwork
  • Confirming appointments
  • Maintain records, either physical or electronic, of business transactions
