Join our team as a Help Desk / Desktop Support Analyst and become the cornerstone of seamless IT operations for our organization.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Deliver rapid and effective IT support, resolving technical issues for internal users.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software problems, focusing on Microsoft Windows 10 and Oracle.
  • Manage and prioritize incoming service desk tickets, ensuring prompt issue resolution.
  • Diagnose and address network connectivity, system errors, and application challenges.
  • Administer Active Directory accounts and permissions.
  • Collaborate with IT colleagues to drive operational improvements.
  • Document processes to grow and maintain the IT knowledge base.
  • Assist with system updates, patches, and routine maintenance.
  • Communicate clearly with staff, addressing IT concerns with professionalism.
  • Uphold high standards of customer service and confidentiality.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent IT training and certifications.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of IT support or service desk experience, preferably in a high-functioning environment.
  • Proficiency in Windows 10 and Active Directory management.
  • Familiarity with Oracle and other enterprise-level software systems.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve technical issues independently.
  • Workplace IT certifications such as 900 or CompTIA+ are highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to support diverse teams.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and customer service orientation.
