Entry Level Project Coordinator

Unilux Brand We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a crucial part of our project management group, you will play a key role in supporting the planning and execution of various projects across different departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and coordination of project plans and schedules.
  • Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for stakeholders.
  • Facilitate communication between team members, ensuring everyone is aligned on goals and deadlines.
  • Help organize project meetings, including setting agendas and taking minutes.
  • Maintain project documentation, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Support the procurement of necessary materials and resources for projects.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies is a plus.
