What You'll Do

Technical Strategy & Problem Prevention

  • Deliver proactive, hands-on support to prevent recurring technical issues
  • Build trusted client relationships with consistent onsite presence

    • Technology Implementation

  • Deploy, configure, and optimize hardware / software solutions
  • Ensure all technology aligns with company standards and client needs

    • Monthly Change Management & Improvement

  • Lead 48 hours / month of proactive hardening and upgrades
  • Add long-term value without extra project costs for clients

    • Local Audits & Documentation

  • Conduct thorough IT environment reviews
  • Keep client documentation accurate and actionable

    • Long-Term Problem Management

  • Identify recurring issues and drive permanent solutions with internal teams

    • What You Bring

  • 5+ years in IT support, systems admin, or technical consulting
  • MSP experience is a must - youve worked in client environments before
  • Strong technical background : Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Windows Server, and networking
  • Experience with PSA / RMM platforms (e.g., ConnectWise)
