Job Description

Collegiate Hotel Group ® is seeking a part-time Banquet Server to join Graduate Cincinnati and its brilliant team of hospitality enthusiasts.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provides exceptional Guest Service
• Bus and set tables, including condiments as needed
• Prepare room for events: set table cloths, dishes, silverware as needed
• Assist in cleaning and organizing at the completion of an event
• Must be familiar with all menu items, their preparation and serviceprocedure
• Serve guests food and drinks during event as required
• Abide by all State, Federal and Corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicatedguests
• Accommodate any needs for reasonable special requests
• Follow directions as detailed from Banquet Captain, Lead Server or Banquet Manager
• Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• High School Diploma/GED
• Previous food and beverage, hospitality, restaurant, banquets or hotel experience required

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Able to work flexible hours andshifts
• Ability to communicate effectivelyverbally
• Team player
• Ability to multi-task
